Kids must choose the jobs which fit their ages. Don't work in strange or dangerous environment. Wrapping gift is a popular activity for 16 year olds. Many people want to make their gifts different from others, but they are not able to add their own creativity. So you may manage a special gift wrapping service at home. As long as people see unique packing, they'll know it's your creativity. Then you have reached the aim of propagandizing your service.
Necessary materials: white or colored craft paper, label, gluewater, small scissors and colored ribbon.
Cut out craft paper into suitable size. Make sure that the paper is big enough to wrap the gift entirely. Keep several extra inches while cutting out the paper; then wrap the gift with above materials. You may draw things on it, such as drawing Christmas trees, flowers and pets. You may also imagine adding other things to decorate the gift, for instance, wrap the gift with beautiful cotton material or multi-layered colored paper and tie a bow.
You may need parents to help you finish some steps. For example, it may be dangerous for kids to use scissors; thus you may ask your parents to cut out paper for you. You only need to deal with pasting. But remember to choose non-toxic materials.
It doesn't matter if you're not familiar with wrapping the gift. You can learn from others or books. You'll certainly be proud of your gift wrapping job for 16 year olds.
